Said Hajismaili
Said lives in North West London with his partner Sarah and their two children Laylah and Harry.
A son of immigrant parents from Iran, a resilient and hard work ethic was instilled within him from an early age. This included the necessity to take responsibility and be proactive in order to achieve real success.
Ambitious and entrepreneurial by nature, Said is also extremely determined and diligent. The details really matter! Adhering to best practice and following a comprehensive process are non-negotiables in how he works.
Positivity, humility, recognition of others and a sense of humour are also key attributes Said strives to bring to his projects. Consistently creating and maintaining motivated teams who collectively achieve successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Said is a keen football enthusiast and volunteer youth team coach at his son’s local grass-roots football club.
The Professional
Said has lived and breathed the construction industry for the past 20 years. Having initially worked on construction sites during school and college holidays, he then went on to study Quantity Surveying at university alongside starting his surveying career.
He achieved professional chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and progressed to senior leadership positions within tier 1 multi-national construction organisations. Following this, Said decided to embark on a new challenge, establishing Climb Build. Climb Build is a chartered construction consultancy whose purpose is to provide exceptional support services to help clients achieve their construction goals; “Together we’ll Climb!”.

Having held senior leadership positions, Said is experienced in leading large teams of construction professionals. He has a deep understanding of building contracts, procurement strategy, development viability, finance and funder requirements. On top of this, Said is also an expert in risk management and specialises in a wide range of construction methodologies and processes including modern methods of construction (MMC).
During his time as Head of Commercial & Procurement for J. Murphy & Sons Limited, Said was invited to be a member and contributor to The Housing Forum’s Working Group on Modern Methods of Construction. This group produced the industry-recognized “A Housing Forum Guide: MMC for Affordable Housing Developers.”
Said is an extremely experienced negotiator. He has an accurate handle on construction costs and the wider construction market, and has over the years amassed a wide network of high quality construction consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, brokers and lenders who can be called upon to assist clients whenever required.
